Invisalign
Our practice offers orthodontic treatment with Invisalign to help you attain a beautiful smile without using traditional braces. Instead of traditional wires and braces, many of our patients are now opting for a nearly invisible alternative, Invisalign, which moves teeth using a set of clear trays. Simple and easy! Dr. Khang has invested many years of additional training and ongoing continuing education in Invisalign so that he can offer it as an equal alternative to braces for those who prefer the clearer option.
Braces
Opting for traditional braces is a great way to give you the beautiful smile that you have always wanted. Braces and wires move teeth to their correct positions. Regular braces adjustments at our office ensure that treatment proceeds smoothly. Each and every treatment plan is fully customized to fit your needs and can include metal braces and wires or esthetic ceramic (clear) braces.
Interceptive Orthodontics
Interceptive orthodontics (AKA phase I) is early treatment for children to correct orthodontic problems that cannot wait. Early treatment helps to develop the child’s jaws to make room for the future eruption of permanent teeth and to improve the relationship of the upper and lower jaws. An upper or lower jaw that is growing too much or not enough can benefit from this early orthodontic treatment. The benefits of doing a phase I treatment include more space for the eruption of the permanent teeth, a wider and more esthetic smile, lesser opportunity for tooth trauma, better airway health and less need of surgeries and traumatic procedures down the line. Leaving a severe orthodontic condition untreated until all permanent teeth erupt could lead to a bigger problem to correct then.
Limited Orthodontics
Minor orthodontic problems do not have to take as long or cost as much as normal comprehensive orthodontic treatment. If you wish to only have front teeth straightening or spaces closed without bite correction, you may be a great candidate for our limited orthodontic treatment with braces or Invisalign.
